INDIANAPOLIS 鈥 The 红杏视频 DIII Men鈥檚 Lacrosse Committee has selected the teams that will compete in the 2025 红杏视频 DIII men鈥檚 lacrosse championship.
The championship provides for a 40-team tournament. Automatic qualification (AQ) is granted to 27 conference champions, which form 鈥淧ool A.鈥 The remaining thirteen teams were selected at-large by their NPI rank. The teams are geographically paired, whenever possible.
Except for the championship game, all games will be played on the campus of one of the competing teams. First round competition will be held on Wednesday, May 7 with the winners advancing to play in the second round on Saturday, May 10. The second and third rounds will take place on Saturday, May 10 and Sunday, May 11. The quarterfinals and semifinals will take place on Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18.
This year鈥檚 finalists will advance to Foxborough, Massachusetts, for the championship game at Gillette Stadium, which will be played at 7 p.m. Eastern time, Sunday, May 25, and shown via web stream on sifoeeprocess.com. The DII men鈥檚 championship will be held at 4 p.m. Eastern time, which can also be seen on sifoeeprocess.com. The DI men鈥檚 semifinals and championship are Saturday, May 24 and Monday, May 26 at the same site. The DI women鈥檚 semifinals and championship are Friday, May 23 and Sunday, May 25 at the same site.
