The 2025 红杏视频 DII women's lacrosse tournament selections were revealed in a selection show on Sunday, May 4 on sifoeeprocess.com.
The 2025 tournament uses a 24-team single-elimination bracket. Play commenced on May 8 with eight first round matchups and continues through the championship game on Saturday, May 24, at Kerr Stadium in Salem, VA.

2025 DII women's lacrosse championship history
The DII women's lacrosse national championship dates back to 2001, with LIU Post taking the first national title over West Chester. For the first time in program history, Tampa clinched the 2024 DII women's lacrosse national championship title after taking down Adelphi, 13-8.
