It is not getting easier to rank the top 10 teams in college softball. The top 10 is absolutely loaded, and we are in for a treat as the race for the WCWS begins.
Below are my Power 10 rankings for Week 11 of the regular season.
1. Texas A&M (Prev. 1)
Texas A&M moved into the top spot last week, and despite dropping one game of its series with Missouri, I didn鈥檛 think it warranted the Aggies being moved just yet. They are still at the top of a loaded SEC conference for now.
2. Tennessee (Prev. 2)
Tennessee holds steady at No. 2. The Vols swept Auburn last week and have now won or swept their past four SEC series.
3. Texas (Prev. 3)
Texas won its series over LSU to remain in the top three. It was a thrilling ending in the series finale to walk it off, and featured some clutch, gutsy softball from the Longhorns.

4. Oklahoma (Prev. 4)
Oklahoma also stays put at No. 4 after sweeping Mississippi State. Kasidi Pickering and Ella Parker have been so consistent at the plate, and Hannah Coor hit two bombs.
5. Oregon (Prev. 7)
Oregon took a big jump, entering the top five after winning a top-10 series over UCLA. Including a midweek win against Oregon State, Lyndsey Grein went 3-0 with a 0.00 ERA in 13.1 innings. She struck out 18 across those three wins and has just been phenomenal in the circle for the Ducks. I didn鈥檛 want to move anyone down by any means, but Oregon deserves the credit. This is a team that beat Tennessee and Florida State twice, and now won the series over a really good UCLA team.
6. Florida State (Prev. 6)
Florida State is right behind Oregon for now because of the Ducks' two head-to-head wins in March. The Seminoles did not play games last week, so they stay put.
7. Arkansas (Prev. 5)
Arkansas did what it needed to do last week, only sliding down because of Oregon鈥檚 jump. But I am absolutely pumped for the upcoming top-10 showdown this week between Arkansas and Texas A&M.
8. UCLA (Prev. 8)
UCLA remains in the top 10 at No. 8. Despite the series loss to Oregon, the Bruins did beat the Ducks handily in Game 2. Freshman star Addisen Fisher pitched a complete-game shutout in the win. There's no doubt UCLA is a top-10 team in my mind.
9. Florida (Prev. NR)
Florida re-joins the Power 10 this week after winning its series over Alabama. The Gators have no bad losses this year, and now with back-to-back SEC series wins, they re-enter. Korbe Otis had a thrilling walk-off single in the finale against Alabama, and Reagan Walsh was 3-for-3 at the plate in the one-run win to clinch the series.
10. South Carolina (Prev. 9)
Finally, South Carolina drops one spot to No. 10. The Gamecocks swept Kentucky, with a 7-0 win in Monday night's finale. Sam Gress tossed her first shutout of the season. I considered moving Texas Tech into the Power 10 after a series win over Arizona, but South Carolina has the head-to-head edge, so the Gamecocks hold on to a spot.
